The Grove is a sprawling 5.4-hectare prime resort-type residential enclave along C-5, near Ortigas Avenue, in Pasig City. Comprised of six low density and midrise towers, this development offers a grove away from the Ortigas CBD, high-end villages, top schools, shopping centers, and a first-class hospital. All residential spaces at The Grove are designed to deliver utmost luxury and comfort in living in true Rockwell style. Just like the rest of the Rockwell Center towers in Makati, The Grove will have 24-hour security and 100% back-up power.

For Rockwell Land, there is no compromise for quality, so in selecting architects to design The Grove, we got local architect, Jun Rodriguez of Pimentel Rodriguez Simbulan and Partners to collaborate with two world-renowned names in resort and landscape design—Don Wilder, Dallas-based architect who conceptualized The Pakubuwono Residence in Jakarta, and Karl Princic, the legend behind the majestic landscapes of Amanusa in Bali. The six residential towers of The Grove offer modern yet uncomplicated space, with cozy studios, one to three bedroom units, in flat, loft, and z-loft configurations. Towers A and B are slated for turnover in June 2012, Towers C and D in December 2014, and Towers E and F in December 2015.

The Grove by Rockwell is more than just home. It's an escape from the concrete and power lines. Here, the noise of the city are muted by the rustling of trees and the green open spaces that cover 75% of the entire property. Pools of crystal clear water provide serenity and refreshing views. Located in between towers are pocket gardens, pavilions, and a children’s sandbox. At The Grove, the luxurious services of Rockwell Center are right at your doorstep. Fronting the community is a retail strip, housing a mini-supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, and other conveniences for the residents. Meanwhile, connecting the six towers is a fully-serviced amenity deck.
